Moye’ which offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

We reserve the right to refuse to process and order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order. Our customer service department may email you at the email address you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. To avoid delays, please be sure your name, billing and shipping address matches the card you are using. We reserve the right to cancel any order using any promotion or promotional code, at our sole discretion. If any order cancellation occurs you will be credited in full for the cancelled order(s) and your order will not be shipped. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right not to accept certain damaged items.
At S.Moye Fashions, we understand how important security is to you. When you place an order, we encode your information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This is the most advanced consumer online security technique to date. You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely. We respect your privacy. The information you provide will not be given to any third party.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) with delivery and signature confirmation. We offer first class standard shipping to the USA (5-7 business days) with the exception of custom orders. You may track your order by visiting www.USPS.com we do not ship to PO Boxes at this time. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes the USPS tracking number for your package.
To ensure that your order is delivered and received safely, we strongly recommend you sign for any packages however if you choose to have someone else sign for your package whether home or workplace you are releasing S. Moye’ and the carrier from any responsibility for the package. Please note that signature requirements cannot be altered once the item is in transit.
Thank you for choosing S. Moye’ we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Items must be returned within 7 days.
S. Moye’ will not accept any returns after 7 days.Once your item has been received, you will receive a store credit via email excluding shipping costs.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or wear) with all S. Moye’ product tags attached.
- No returns or exchanges after 7 days.
- Final Sales clearance, jewelry, bodysuits, and swimsuits cannot be exchanged nor store credit.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete an exchange. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified.
Online orders can be exchanged in-store; store policy of merchandise credit applies for online returns to the brick and mortar physical store location with 7 days of receipt.
Damaged items/Wrong Items
S. Moye’ carefully package items to prevent any occurrence during transit process. Defective items must be reported within 2 days, if not reported we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
