It’s so important to have some me-time to rejuvenate for the “Get ready set Go!” Self-care is giving the world the best of you instead of what’s left of you after dealing with everyday life.
Creating a morning ritual can include prayer, meditation reflecting on how blessed you are. To appreciate life I try not to take anyone or anything for granted through showing gratitude. Practicing gratitude can decrease your blood pressure; increase creativity; reduce stress; and strengthen your immune system. This is important for your well-being because we live in a fast paced world which includes people who have a sense of entitlement.
Choosing to live from a place of gratitude brings peace and alignment with God.
